Park Rentals & Security Deposits

Rental Fees and Security Deposits Are as Follows:

Security Deposits:

  • RECREATION (Located at Back of Park) or COMMUNITY BLDG (Located near Park entrance) $150 (double for Non-residents)

  • GROVES (Large or Small) $75.00

    • Refunds are based on applicant & guests following all park rules and leaving no damage

Rental Fees:

  • COMMUNITY BLDG (Max. capacity 80-90) $125.00

  • RECREATION BLDG (includes Gym area) $150.00

  • GROVE, SMALL: $75.00

  • GROVE, LARGE: $100.00

** All fees are doubled for non-residents

Insurance Certificate required for organizations

Must follow maximum capacity limits for community bldg!
